1. Reporting infringing content

The fastest way is the Report option on any post — choose "Copyright" as the reason and include a link to your original work.

You can also email a notice to legal@kulonity.com with: your name and contact details, a description of the copyrighted work, a link to the infringing content on KuloNity, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and your signature.

2. What happens next

We review every notice. Valid notices lead to removal or disabling of the content, and we notify the person who posted it.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the removal notice with your contact details, the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake. We may restore the content unless the reporter files a court action.
