1. What we collect

Account data: your email, name, username, photo, bio and interests.

Usage data: posts, comments, reactions, messages, memberships and purchases you make on the platform.

Technical data: device and browser information and approximate location derived from your IP address, used for security and analytics.

2. How we use it

To provide the service: show your profile, deliver your feed, process memberships and payments, and send notifications you ask for.

To keep the platform safe: fraud prevention, moderation and abuse detection.

We do not sell your personal data. Advertising, where shown, is only shown to guests and free members, and only after you accept cookies.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and optional cookies for analytics and advertising. Optional cookies only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from Settings.

4. Do Not Sell or Share My Info

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers in exchange for money.

Ads on KuloNity are shown only to guests and free members, and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

To opt out of advertising cookies at any time, choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner or change your choice in Settings. Opting out never affects your account or access.

5. Your rights

You can export a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Privacy → Export my data.

You can delete your account from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile and personal data; content you posted may be anonymised rather than removed where it is part of a conversation.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing. Contact legal@kulonity.com to exercise them.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. Backups are retained for a limited period after deletion and then purged.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to what each feature needs.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in other countries where our infrastructure operates. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
