Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use KuloNity.

2. Schools and content

School owners are responsible for the content, pricing and conduct inside their schools. KuloNity provides the tools but does not endorse or control school content.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant KuloNity a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute that content within the platform so it can operate.

You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

3. Paid plans and memberships

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown before checkout and may change with notice. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, spam, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform. Do not use KuloNity to distribute malware or to collect other people's data without consent.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules.

5. Liability

KuloNity is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or content posted by schools and members.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
